    Eng kichkina zarrachlarning diametrini 1 мм deb olamiz.
    Minimum kichkina zarrachalar uchun Arxime kriteriysi:
    = 9,80,00103/(22,310-6)2(650–0,97) /0,97 = 35960.
    Reynolds kriteriysi:
    = 35960/ (18 + 0,61359601/2) = 269,0.

    Xavo bilan mayda zarrachalarning kushilib chikishdagi tezligi:


    Vzarra = 269,022,310-6/0,0010 = 6,00 m/s
    Mayda zarrachalarning tezligi xavo tezligida yukori bulganligi uchun,kurilmaning formasini silindsimon kilib foydalanilsa buladi.
      1. Kurilmadan maksimal ulchamdagi zarrachalarni olib chikish shartini tekshirib kuramiz:


    Eng kichkina zarrachlarning diametrini 5 мм deb olamiz.
    Turdan utayotgan xavo tezligi:
    Vtur = vt(273+t1)/(273+t2) = 3,24(273+150)/(273+90) = 3,8 m/s.
    Tur teshiklaridagi xavo tezligi:
    Vtesh = vtur /  = 3,8/0,1 = 38 m/s,
    Bu yerda:  = 0,10 – turdagi xavo uchun [15c. 15].

    Katta zarrachalarni mavxum kaynashdagi tezligi:


    vkr(ot) = vot / k = 38 / 2,5 = 15,1 m/s,
    bu yerda k = 2,5 – mavxum kaynash soni.

    Katta ulchamli zarrachalar uchun Arximed kriteriysi


    = 9,80,00503/(29,210-6)2(1770-0,83)/0,83 = 3063836.
    120 S dagi xavoning turdagi parametrlari:
    - zichligi: t = 1,293273/(273+150) = 0,83 kg/m3
    - kovushkokligi: t= 17,310-6(273+124) (423/273)3/2/(423+124) = 24,210-6 Pac,
    - Kinematik kovushkokligi: t = t/t = 24,210-6 / 0,83 = 29,210-6 m2/s.

    Reynolds kriteriysi:


    = 3063836/[1400+5,22(3063836)1/2] = 290,8

    Maksimum kiymatdagi zarrachalarni kutarish uchun xavo tezligi:


    vkr(max) = Remaxt/dmax = 290,829,210-6 / 0,005 = 1,70 m/s.
    Bunda maksimal ulchamdagi zarralar uchun vkr(ot) > vkr(max) bulganda mavxum kaynash xosil buladi.
