Stationery


Outlook 2000 further helps users personalize their e-mail by supporting the use of “stationery.” Stationery provides an easy way to change background images, background colors, font colors and styles of e-mail messages, using all the power of HTML. Like the Signatures feature, a default stationery design can be designated, or stationery can be selected on a per-message basis using Stationery Picker, which allows users to easily create, edit and manage their stationery all in one place. The Get More Stationery button in the Stationery Picker automatically launches users’ Web browser and takes them to the Microsoft Office Update Web site, where they can download useful stationery at no charge.
