AutoDetect Connection

Outlook 2000 automatically tracks whether users’ machines are connected to an Internet service provider. Outlook 2000 recognizes whether users are already dialed in and optionally starts delivering mail. If users disconnect from the service provider, Outlook handles the disconnection gracefully. Outlook also honors the Internet Explorer Work Offline command and will go online and offline along with it.
