INTRODUCTION (abstract of PhD thesis)
The aim of the research work is to develop scientific proposals and
recommendations on the formation of environmental culture in students during
sports tourism.
Research objectives:
identification and improvement of pedagogical features of development of
environmental culture among students in sports tourism events;
clarification of the content of development of environmental culture among
students in sports tourism events;
improvement of didactic support for the development of students' ecological
culture in sports tourism events;
improvement of pedagogical mechanisms of development of environmental
culture of students.
The object of research is the processes of the formation of environmental
culture of students of
7-9 th grades in the process of sports tourism.
The scientific novelty of the research is:
pedagogical features of development of ecological culture among students in
sports tourism events are improved based on creating practical experience in
students based on knowledge and concepts related to ecology, creating a personal
approach in integration processes such as nature protection;
the content of the development of environmental culture among students has
been improved through the purposeful introduction of sports competitions aimed at
the development of self-management, practical-active and psychophysiological
personality components in students;
didactic support for the development of environmental culture among students
in sports tourism events is clarified by giving priority to the activity process aimed
at the practical implementation of the pedagogical foundations of physical,
ecological, spiritual and educational values aimed at evaluating students’ own
personality;
pedagogical mechanisms for the development of students’ ecological culture
have been improved on the basis of self-habituation aimed at decision-making of
internal motivation and adaptive connection with the formation of a healthy
lifestyle in sports tourism.
