In other words, AECAS is a measurement system for monitoring and accounting with the ability
to analyze energy consumption, which helps to identify errors in energy consumption and develop
cost-reduction activities.
Electricity metering is carried out using a single-level system, the parts of which are meters,
data collection and full processing concentrators, final data collection and transmission servers, and
mutual exchange between them. The structure of AECAS is presented in the figure [2].
Figure 1. AECAS system structure
The main goal of AECAS is to automatically collect information about the consumption of
energy resources from the specified points specific to the subscriber to each of the enterprises, and
to solve a series of tasks related to the management of electricity enterprises with this information.
is to present to employees or responsible persons in a timely manner.
Also, the goals of creating the AECAS system are to monitor the parameters of the power
supply, minimize the possibility of deviations from the parameters of the workers with the same
control of the power supply and, as a result, reduce errors.
Reduction in energy consumption costs due to increased efficiency in planned electricity
supply and distribution.
The system provides real-time data collection, as well as current financial calculations, taking
into account current electricity prices.
The tasks of AECAS are to obtain quick and accurate data on electricity consumption,
summarize this data, transfer the data to the next stage, as well as print reports and create a graphic
structure of the given correlations. includes In addition, the issue of organizing the protection of the
collected data and ensuring their integrity is taken into account.
It is important that information, formation reports, acts, statements are collected at intervals,
and the same periodicity of their departure is determined by the client.
The specific tasks of some systems include the creation of a detailed forecast of energy
consumption by an industrial enterprise. In this forecast, it is necessary to reflect the characteristics
of electricity consumption in each consumer, the value of planned and actual energy consumption,
the optimization of the same plan in limiting traffic. (Picture 2).
