Microsoft Exchange message store:
Note: The instructions given below are applicable only if the message store type is Microsoft Exchange.

Start Microsoft Outlook 2000.
From the Tools menu, select Services.
Click Add.
Select Microsoft Exchange Server. Click Next.
Enter the name or IP address of Microsoft Exchange Server and the User Name.
Click Next.
Enter password and click OK.
Click Finish.

Close Microsoft Outlook.
Open the Control Panel and select the Mail option.
The system displays the Mail Setup – Outlook dialog box.
Click E-mail Accounts….
Select Add a new e-mail account. Click Next.
Select Microsoft Exchange Server. Click Next.
Enter the name or IP address of Microsoft Exchange Server and the user name.
Click Next.
Enter password and click OK.
Click Finish.

IMPORTANT: If you have separate message stores for voice mails and e-mails, you must create separate profiles in Outlook.
