Radiasion xavfsizlik asoslari tibbiyotdaAnnotation: The article provides detailed information about the principles of radiation diagnostics in X-ray
diagnostics, the tasks of a radiologist in treatment, X-ray diagnostic equipment and radiation safety. The
processes of the influence of irradiation on the body of a sick patient are also considered.

Hozirgi rentgeno-diagnostika va interventsion jarayonlarda qo’llaniladigan, rentgenologik nazoratda
bajariladigan amal qilish tamoyillari quyidagilarga bo’linadi: • muqobil (noananaviy) tibbiy vizualizatsiyada
usullarining ustuvor qo’llanilishi; • klinik ko'rsatkichlar bo'yicha rentgenodiagnostik tadqiqotlar o'tkazilishi; •
rentgeno-diagnostik tadqiqotlar texnologiysi va eng tejamkor usullarini tanlash; • rentgeno-diagnostik
tadqiqotni bekor qilish xavfi etarla darajada uni amalga oshirish jarayonida bemorning nurlanib qolish
xavfidan oshib ketgan bo’lishi shart bo’lgan holatlar [1, 2];
Rentgenologik tekshiruvlarini o'tkazishda optimallashtirish jarayoni esa quyidagicha bo’limlar orqali amalga
oshiriladi: • patologik jarayonlar (bemor organizmida kasallanishning tarqalganligi va uning og'irlik
darajasini) ko’rinishida aniqlaydigan, diagnostik ma'lumotlar olishni ta’minlash imkonini taqdim etadigan
past darajali nurlanish dozalarini saqlab turish; • rentgeno-diagnostik tadqiqotlarning loyihalanishini,
eksplutasiyalanishini, texnik xizmat ko'rsatish darajasini va oqilona imkon qadar iqtisodiy va ijtimoiy
omillarni hisobga olgan holda bemorlarning juda kichik nurlanish dozalar miqdorini ta'minlovchi
tehnologoyalar [3].
Radionuklid diagnostikasidagi radiasion tamoyillar rentgeno-diagnostikada to'g'ridan-to'g'ri qo'llanilmaydi,
