2.3. The Student undertakes:
2.3.1. To pay the Contract amount in accordance with clause 3.3.
hereof.
2.3.2. When paying, to specify in the payment details the Student’s
full name, contract number and the name of the service for which
payment is made, according to the approved MDIST rates.
2.3.3. In case of insolvency, to notify MDIST in writing 1 (one) month
prior to the due date specified in clause 3.3 hereof.
2.3.4. To conclude an additional agreement, if the parties decide to
change the payment terms specified in clause 3.3.
2.3.5. To provide true personal data about himself/herself and family
members at the request of MDIST (including when entering thereof
into the Intranet system of the official MDIST website
(
www.inet.mdis.uz
) (hereinafter the Intranet system)).
2.3.6. If the contract is concluded on paper, return the signed copy of
the contract within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of
the contract.
2.3.7. To study in accordance with the standards required of students
in institutions of higher education under the laws of the Republic of
Uzbekistan and in accordance with the requirements of the MDIS.
2.3.8. To comply with the requirements specified in the Student
Handbook, other internal regulations of MDIST (Student Handbook,
Protocols, Orders, etc.), as well as the terms of this contract.
2.3.9. To treat with care the property of the MDIST.

TSMRI hududiga tegishli bo'lmagan kiyim formasida kirish
cheklovlariga rioya qilish.
2.3.11. Pasport ma'lumotlari, manzil va aloqa telefon raqami o'zgargan
vaqtidan e'tiboran besh kun ichida Markaziy ro'yxatga olish bo'limi
orqali TSMRIga habar berish.
2.3.12. O'qish jarayonida o'zlashtira olmaslik holatlarida TSMRI
tariflari bo'yicha 7.1. va 7.3.-bandlarida ko'rsatilgan qo'shimcha
xizmatlar uchun to'lovlarni amalga oshirish.
2.3.13. Talaba tomonidan ushbu shartnomada nazarda tutilmagan
qo'shimcha xizmatlar olinganida va/yoki Talaba tomonidan TSMRI o'quv
resurs markazining foydalanish qoidalari buzilganida, TSMRI tariflari
bo'yicha xizmatlarga to'lovni amalga oshirish va/yoki jarimalarni to'lash.
2.3.14. O'qish davrida O'zbekiston Respublikasi hududida bo'lish va
TSMRI ma'muriyati ruxsatisiz chet elga chiqmaslik.
2.3.15. Muntazam ravishda o'zinging akademik statusini, davomati
foizini, TSMRI oldidagi moliyaviy majburiyatlarini bajayotganini
monitoring qilib borish.
2.3.16. Hamkor universitetda ro'yxatdan o'tish.
2.3.17. Imtixonlardan o'tish vaqtida TSMRIga o'zining pasportining
asl nusxasini hamda ID kartasini taqdim etish.
2.3.18. Ushbu shartnomada, TSMRI ichki hujjatlarida (Student
Handbook, Bayonnomalar, Buyruqlar va h.k.), shuningdek
Taraflarning qo'shimcha kelishuvida nazarda tutilgan shartlar va
majburiyatlarni bajarish.
