3.2. TSMRI xizmatlarning narxini o'zgartirish huquqini o'zida saqlab
qoladi. Bunday holatda qo'shimcha kelishuv tuziladi va Taraflar yangi
qiymatni hisobga olgan holda o'zaro hisob-kitoblarni amalga oshirish
majburiyatini oladi.
3.3. O'qish uchun to'lov quyidagi tartibda amalga oshiriladi:
3.3.1.
shartnoma olingan kundan boshlab 10 (o'n) bank kuni
mobaynida –
14 354 000 (o‘n to‘rt million uch yuz ellik to‘rt ming)
so'mdan kam bo'lmagan miqdorda.
3.3.2.
2022 yil 15 dekabrga qadar–
14 354 000 (o‘n to‘rt million uch
yuz ellik to‘rt ming) so'mdan kam bo'lmagan miqdorda.
3.3.3.
2023 yil 15 fevralga qadar –
14 354 000 (o‘n to‘rt million uch
yuz ellik to‘rt ming) so'mdan kam bo'lmagan miqdorda.
3.3.4.
2023 yil 15 aprelga qadar –
14 354 000 (o‘n to‘rt million uch
yuz ellik to‘rt ming) so'mdan kam bo'lmagan miqdorda.
3.4. To'lov amalga oshirilgan kun deb TSMRIning bank hisobiga pul
mablag'lari tushgan kun e'tirof etiladi.
3.5. Talabaning istagiga ko'ra, o'qish uchun to'lov summasi 3.3-bandda
ko'rsatilgan muddatlardan avval to'lanishi mumkin.
3.6. Talabaning arizasi va to'lov jadvalini o'zgartirish protokoli
asosida o'quv to'lovlari TSMRI Moliya qo'mitasining protokol qarori
bilan tasdiqlangan yangi jadvalga muvofiq to'lanishi mumkin.
Talabaning arizasini qondirish TSMRI Moliya qo'mitasi tomonidan
rad etilgan taqdirda, u 3.3-bandga muvofiq o'qish uchun pul to'lovlarni
amalga oshiradi.
3.7. To'lov jismoniy va yuridik shaxslar tomonidan amalga oshirilishi
mumkin. Talabaning va Talabaning o'qishiga to'laydigan shaxsning
(keyingi o'rinlarda - To'lovchi) o'zaro munosabatlari O'zbekiston
Respublikasining amaldagi qonunchiligi talablariga muvofiq
rasmiylashtirilishi kerak.
3.8. Talaba va To'lovchi o'rtasidagi huquqiy majburiyatlar ikki
tomonning alohida o'zaro kelishuvlari bilan tartibga solinadi, buning
uchun TSMRI hech qanday javobgarlikni o'z zimmasiga olmaydi.
3.9. Talaba TSMRI tashabbusi bilan talabalar ro'xatidan
chiqarilganida, avvalgi to'lagan pul mablag'lari qaytarilmaydi.
3.2. MDIST reserves the right to change the cost of services, in case
of which an additional agreement is concluded between the Parties
and the Parties undertake to make mutual settlements taking into
account the new cost.
3.3. Tuition fee is paid according to the following payment schedule:
3.3.1.
within ten (10) banking days after receipt of the contract - in
the amount of not less than
14,354,000 (fourteen million three
hundred and fifty four thousand) UZ Soums.
3.3.2.
until December 15, 2022 - in an amount not less than
14,354,000 (fourteen million three hundred and fifty four thousand)
UZ Soums.
3.3.3.
until February 15, 2023 - in an amount not less than
14,354,000
(fourteen million three hundred and fifty four thousand) UZ Soums.
3.3.4.
until April 15, 2023 - in an amount not less than
14,354,000
(fourteen million three hundred and fifty four thousand) UZ Soums.
3.4. The date of payment shall be the date of receipt of funds to the
MDIST bank account.
3.5. At the request of the Student, tuition fee can be paid before the
deadlines specified in clause 3.3.
3.6. On the basis of the Student’s application and the protocol of
change of the payment schedule, tuition fee can be paid according to
the new schedule approved by the protocol decision of the MDIST
Finance Committee. If the MDIST Finance Committee denies the
student’s application, the student will pay the tuition fee according to
clause 3.3.
3.7. Payments can be made by individuals and legal entities. The
relationship between the Student and the person who paid for the
Student’s studies (hereinafter referred to as the Payer) must be formed
in accordance with the requirements of current legislation of the
Republic of Uzbekistan.
3.8. The legal obligations between the Student and the Payer are
governed by separate mutual agreements between the two parties, for
the fulfillment of which MDIST assumes no responsibility.
3.9. If the Student is expelled on the initiative of MDIST, no refund
of the amounts previously paid by the Student will be made.
