The Student has the rightBog'liq 9ad10af56c6ce5a8cd2bd72a69b7eb2816656623164622.4. The Student has the right:
2.4.1. To obtain knowledge that meets the requirements of the state
standard of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the requirements of MDIST.
2.4.2. To attract sponsors to pay tuition fees, which may be executed
by an additional agreement to this contract.
2.4.3. To participate in the discussion of the most important issues of
life of MDIST, to express freely and openly his/her opinion, not
humiliating the dignity of other participants of the educational
process.
2.4.4. To assistance by teaching and administrative staff of MDIST in
case of various kinds of difficulties in mastering of academic
disciplines.
2.4.5. For support from MDIST to develop and improve knowledge
and skills using all MDIST facilities, as well as to participate in sports
and social life in his/her free time.
2.4.6. To use in his/her free time the educational resource center,
sports and recreation complex.
2.4.7. To receive first aid in the MDIST medical office.
2.4.8. To have up to one (1) year academic leave with MDIS and
MDIST approval in the following cases:
a) Significant deterioration of health, confirmed by established
documents, issued by treating physicians of medical and preventive
treatment institutions included to the public health care system;
b) Maternity leave;
c) Death of a close relative. The granting of an academic leave in this
case is determined on a case-by-case basis by MDIST management
based on all relevant circumstances;
d) Military service;
e) In other cases at the discretion and decision of the MDIS or MDIST
administration.
2.4.9. To refund of money paid in accordance with the terms of this
contract.
3. HISOB-KITOB QILISH TARTIBI
3.1. 2022-2023 o'quv yilida o'qish narhi 57 416 000 (ellik yetti million
to‘rt yuz o‘n olti ming) so'mni tashkil etadi.
