    Eng avvalo biz ushbu turdagi xatlar bizga qanday qo’yishi va qaysi Grammatik strukturalardan foydalanish kerakligini bilib olsak.
    Xuddi shikoyat xatlari kabi apology – uzur so’rash xatlarida ham asosan ikkita zamon turidan ya’ni


    1. Past simple / continues – o’tgan oddiy va davomli


    2. Present perfect / present perfect continuous / present continues – hozirgi davomli va tugallangan.

    Demak quyidagi mavzularni ko’rib chiqamiz.


    Topic:
    A tourist wrote you a complain letter for the poor service he was received in your hotel last week.
    Write a letter to the tourist, in your letter.


    • say sorry for this inconvenience


    • explain why this happened


    • tell what plans you have to solve this problems

    You should write at least 150 words in this task.


    Yuqoridagi mavzuda 5-darsda o’rgangan complain letterimiz uchun hotel raxbari tomonidan turist uchun apologyuzur xati yozish talab qilinyapti.
    Ushbu holatda
    • eng avvalo ushbu holat uchun uzur so’rash kerak


    • va holat yoki voqea qanday sodir bo’lganligini yoritish kerak


    • va albatta bu kamchiliklarni qanday qilib to’g’rilash yoki muommoni qanday qilib yechish uchun nimalar qila olishingizni yoritishingiz kerak.


    Endi ikkinchi holatni ko’rib chiqsak.
