Selecting your monitor

Click on the "Advanced" tab

Click the "Monitor" Tab to display the Properties dialog box.

click the "Change" Tab to open the Update Device Driver Wizard dialog box.

Click "Next"

Select "Display a list of all drivers in a specific location so you can select the driver you want" then click "Next"

Select Show all hardware

Select the manufacturer and model of your hardware device and click "Next".

When you see the message Windows has finished installing the driver you selected for your hardware device click "Finish".
Note: If a message is displayed informing you that a .ICM file could not be found, you can click on "Skip the file" and finish the installation. The ICM file is a color profile for your monitor and is not required by all users, if you are doing professional graphics design work, then you should download a new inf file that will contain the ICM file from the internet. You can do this by following the instructions in "Windows 95/98/2000 monitor "NECMon.zip" file Download Instructions".
Note: If your monitor is not listed, close all dialog boxes and proceed to "NECMSINF.ZIP" file Download Instructions.
