Installing the NEC-Mon.inf file to Windows 98

Right mouse click on the desktop (move the mouse cursor to an empty spot on the screen and click the right mouse button), A dialog box will appear, select "Properties" and left mouse click to open the "Display Properties" dialog box.

In the Display Properties dialog box, click on the "Settings" Tab.

Click on the "Advanced" tab

Click the "Monitor" Tab to display the Properties dialog box.

click the "Change" Tab to open the Update Device Driver Wizard dialog box.

Click "Next"

Select Show all hardware

Select "Display a list of all drivers in a specific location so you can select the driver you want" then click "Next"

Select the manufacturer and model of your hardware device and click "Have Disk".

If you get the message Windows is now ready to install the selected driver for this device, click "OK"

Insert Disk. The disk labeled 'NEC MultiSync Monitor installation Disk' is now required. Click "OK" to continue.

Copying Files.

Windows has finished installing the driver you selected for your hardware device Click "Finish".
