Protein modification- is the fragmentation of a chemically modified molecule of a synthesized polypeptide; stitching individual fragments together to form a molecule; combine simple proteins with various substances to form complex proteins - glycoproteins, lipoproteins, metalloproteins, chemical conversion of certain amino acids into a polypeptide.
Nanoparticles-are objects ranging in size from 1 to 100 nanometers (one billionth of a nanometer, 10-9).
Nanotechnology- is a fundamental technology based on the manipulation of nanostructures
An organ- is a collection of target substances (hormones, drugs) that naturally move in the body or are artificially controlled by the target transport.
A suspension- is a dispersed system of solid particles dispersed in a liquid medium.
The tissue barrier- is the body’s biological defense system, formed by the structural elements of biological tissues and the walls of blood vessels.
Fibrils-are microscopic fibers formed by protein molecules.
Agrobacterium-(Latin Agrobacterium) is a soil bacterium that causes tumors when plants are infected.
Agar-agar- is a product of some seafood: it contains carbohydrates. This product is used in the preparation of solid nutrient media for microorganisms, in the preparation of sweets in confectionery.
Agarose- is a polysaccharide derived from seaweed: used as a gel medium in electrophoresis and chromatography.
Aggregation- is an accumulation of individual organisms or cells.
Agrobiocenosis- is a collection of organisms that live on arable land.
Adaptation- is the adaptation of organisms to the conditions of life that arise in the process of evolution.
Adenylation-is a type of change in enzyme activity.
Adenine-is a nitrogenous organic compound that is part of the adenine nucleotide.
Azotobacterin-is a bacterial fertilizer made up of this type of bacteria.
