First, the problems of training legal personnel and improving their skills: the wide
introduction of artificial intelligence in legal practice may lead to "shock therapy"
of legal personnel, first of all. After all, along with the masters of their profession, it
is necessary to ensure the competitiveness of young personnel who are just entering
the legal field, to equip them with artificial intelligence.
Artificial intelligence
technology "adaptation" of their "armaments" and legal knowledge and skills in the
early stages requires a lot of resources (budget funds,
institutional structures,
vacancies, revision of qualification requirements) and other such causes such
problems.
It also requires legal professionals to develop new knowledge and skills regarding
