Many developed countries are taking measures to optimize legal practice using
artificial intelligence, improve the system of obtaining legal assistance for
individuals, and develop legal services based on the latest information technologies.
In our country, the use of artificial intelligence in legal practice is rising to the level
of an important and interesting topic.
But the fact that the problems of artificial intelligence were also researched by
famous researchers such as N.Viner

in the last century,
this issue can be compared to a "controversial triangle" with a permanent color.
In order to prevent such a situation, we can express the above-mentioned theoretical
and legal problems as follows:

First, the problems of training legal personnel and improving their skills: the wide
introduction of artificial intelligence in legal practice may lead to "shock therapy"
of legal personnel, first of all. After all, along with the masters of their profession, it
is necessary to ensure the competitiveness of young personnel who are just entering
the legal field, to equip them with artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence
technology "adaptation" of their "armaments" and legal knowledge and skills in the
early stages requires a lot of resources (budget funds, institutional structures,
vacancies, revision of qualification requirements) and other such causes such
problems.
It also requires legal professionals to develop new knowledge and skills regarding
the development of their legal knowledge of the field, ensuring the confidentiality
of information and the ethics of the "application limits" of artificial intelligence
technologies.
