stored anonymously and will only be categorized by demographic voluntarily
provided by
you. The researcher will anonymize programs, schools, and any other entities you may name
during the interviews.

There will be no direct benefits to you.
F. COSTS
There will be no cost to you for participating in this research.
G. COMPENSATION
Compensation for participating in this research will be in the form of a $50 Amazon Gift
Card after completing the three interviews.
