Ushbu bitiruv malakaviy ishida avtomobillarning harakatlanishida asosiy qismlаridan biri bo‘lgan shina va g‘ildiraklarning ishdan chiqishi va ish muddatining kamayishi texnik foydalanish qoidalarini buzilishi bilan bog‘liqdir.
Shinalardagi yer bilan ilashish va ishqalanishning oshishi, detallarning mavjud ish resursi bilan to‘xtovsiz uzoq ekspluatatsiya qilinishi, uzoq ishlash xususiyatiga ega shinalardan foydalanish birinchi navbatda yuqori funksional xususiyatlarga ega bo‘lgan elementlarini yaratishni taqozo qilmoqda.
Yong‘in o‘chirish avtomobillari uchun shinalarni tanlash, ularni ekspluatatsiyasi va yo‘l bosib o‘tish me’yorlarini belgilashni takomillashtirish choralari bo‘yicha va bu borada amalga oshirilishi lozim bo‘lgan ishlar bo‘yicha taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
ANNOTATION
In this graduation work, the failure of tires and wheels, which are one of the main parts in the movement mechanism of cars, and the reduction in service time are associated with violations of the rules of technical use. The main reasons for the tire failure earlier than the mileage specified in the command requirements are an increase in internal pressure, low pressure, incorrect wheel approach, the brake drum becomes crushed and getting ovoid shape, the malfunctions of the brake mechanisms, an increase of overload on cars, piercing sharp-edged objects to tires, violation of in-time replacement, drivers’ low experience, variability of road and climatic conditions.
The increase of friction and conduction with the ground in the tires, the continuous long exploitation of the details with the existing work resource, the use of tires with a long performance feature primarily necessitates the development of their elements with high functional properties.
There were developed measures to improve the selection of tires for fire engines, their operational functioning and the designation of road mileage, and proposals and recommendations in research for these works.
