Public-private partnership relations are gaining importance day by day. In recent
years, the need to use the PPP mechanism has become
increasingly evident in the
context of the worsening of the socio-economic situation on a global scale, the
Covid-19 pandemic, and the complexity of economic
relations between state and
business entities. The high rate of population growth in the country may cause
problems related to the implementation of socially important functions, and the desire
to impose such functions on business entities for profit is increasing. Public-private
partnership appears as a solution to such issues as a
form of mutually beneficial
cooperation between the state and business to achieve social goals in the long term. It
is urgent to organize this type of cooperation, to develop the relevant directions and
implement them in our country, summarizing the world experience.
Partnership between the state and the private
sector means business and
economic relations in various directions. That is, these relations imply the use of
private sector resources to meet the needs of the general society. State-private
business cooperation is a process of great importance as the main factor in attracting
large private investments to the implementation of large
projects of nationwide and
economic importance. In our country, special attention is being paid to the
development of public-private
partnership relations, in particular, the Presidential
Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 28, 2022 "On the Development
Strategy of New Uzbekistan for 2022-2026" PF-60- In
accordance with paragraph
105 of the State Program approved by Annex 2 of Decree No. 105, on the basis of
