Based on the results, recommendations and developments developed in the dissertation on the topic "Principles of social partnership in increasing legal awareness and legal culture in the educational process":
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) has been actively participating in moral and educational promotion work on the prevention of crime among the population of our country with the suggestions and innovations developed in the dissertation work. In particular, scientific innovations of this dissertation were used. (Source: Central Council of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan. Reference book of Andijan region branch).
The scientific-practical suggestions and recommendations developed within the framework of the dissertation were implemented in the promotional activities of the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment in 2021-2022.
In particular, "Education in the family, educational organizations and neighborhoods" established in the III direction of the program of measures to increase the efficiency of spiritual and educational work and develop the field in 2022 of the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment measures to ensure continuity of spiritual education" point 10 "Content and essence of the concept of continuous spiritual education and scientific-practical issues of its implementation" Dissertation materials were used in conducting the republican scientific seminar.
In addition, proposals prepared as a result of the dissertation work were used in law-making activities. Including: Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Education" dated September 23, 2020 O'RQ-637 (National database of legal documents, 09/24/2020, 03/20/637 / No. 1313; National database of legislative information, 04/21/2021, No. 03/21/683/0375, 10/12/2021, No. 03/21/721/0952) were used in the development of the following:
1) Article 27, part one, paragraph eight:
"Article 27. Local government bodies in the field of education
powers.
Local government bodies:
within the scope of their powers, they will develop public-private partnerships in the field of education and help expand the network of non-governmental educational organizations."
Article 64:
Public-private partnership in the field of education is cooperation based on the pooling of resources for the implementation of a legally formalized public-private partnership project for a certain period of time.
Non-governmental educational organizations may be established on the basis of public-private partnership in the field of education.
Public-private partnership in the field of education is carried out in accordance with the principles, norms and rules of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on public-private partnership.
This proposal ensured the coherence of the organization of activities aimed at increasing the rights and consciousness and rights and culture of learners through innovative infrastructures; and served to improve the rights and foundations of social partnership in raising law and consciousness and law and culture.
