The purpose of the study is to identify problems related to the implementation and application of the principles of social partnership in the organization of activities related to the increase of law, consciousness, and law and culture in the educational process, and to develop proposals aimed at eliminating them.
As the object of the study, the system of law and relations related to the principles of social partnership in the organization of activities to increase law and consciousness and law and culture was chosen as the object of the study.
The subject of the research consists of practical and scientific-theoretical views in the field of principles of social partnership in the organization of activities to increase law, consciousness and law and culture in the educational process of the Republic of Uzbekistan and foreign countries.
Research methods. Research methods such as observation, analysis (statistical, qualitative, etc.), generalization, logical, historical and systematic analysis of statistical data were used in the dissertation.
The scientific significance of the research consists of the following:
it is based on the necessity of assigning the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovations tasks such as defining and implementing measures to ensure the regional and organic connection of science, education and production;
It is based on the necessity of the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovations to attract their opportunities for mutual cooperation with regional higher education institutions and the creation of innovative infrastructure;
the Ministry of School and Pre-school Education is based on the need to develop the sector of non-state educational services, to create favorable conditions for public-private partnership in the field of school education;
it is based on the fact that the Ministry of Public Education should solve the issues of creating conditions for the implementation of public-private partnership projects in the field of general and secondary education and out-of-school education;
