The moment the acceptance bill is out of the control of the person who is accepting it, the 
responsibility is on the acceptor. There are various difference between the contract act 
& the model law in this point.
Revocation of the offer 
Indian Law: 
Under the contract of the Indian law, the offer could be revoked only before the 
acceptance of the offer by the person concerned before being put into the transmission 
of the offer
 
Model law & IBT: 
The model law & IBT states that the offer could be revoked if there from the time the 
offerer is having the possession of the acceptance by which he is bound by. 
Revocation of the acceptance 
Indian Law: 
Under the Indian law, once the acceptance becomes binding on the offeree it can be 
cancelled or revoked by him.
Model Law & IBT: 
The acceptance is binding on the parties concerned once the data or the information 
enters the information system outside the place of the offeree.
Conclusion of a Contract 
Indian Law: 
The Indian law typically follows the British Queens law for this type of conclusion of the 
contract. The contract typically ends when the acceptance reaches the person who 
offered the contract 
Model Law & IBT: 
The model law & IBT are similar to the Indian law in that they do not explicitly state when 
the offer is going to end. It should be read in the lines of the Indian law only
