The manual provides information on nanotechnology materials, ie secondary
electron spectroscopy methods used to study the surface and surface conditions of
solids. The physical meanings of the different methods and the equipment used in
practice are discussed.
The manual can also be used by undergraduate students of Tashkent State
Technical University, majoring in 5310800 - "Electronics and Instrumentation"
and "Physics" of state universities.
