Save as Web Page
Users can easily save their Outlook Calendar as a Web page using a single command. Once published, the Web page can be viewed with any Web browser, so it can be displayed on a Web site or sent in e-mail. Users have the option to omit appointments marked as private when publishing.
In addition to publishing personal Calendar folders, users can make any project or team Calendar available on the Web or send it as HTML e-mail.
As illustrated in the following figure, the published calendar is attractively formatted and has a navigation pane on the right side for accessing the details of appointments and events.
Outlook Calendar saved as Web page
Note that within organizations using Microsoft Exchange Server, users can easily share live calendars on Exchange Server without publishing them as HTML files, which allows more complete and higher performance calendar features provided by Outlook and Exchange instead of an HTML browser. Also note that Exchange Server’s Outlook Web Access feature allows users to securely access their e-mail, Calendar and Contacts folders on Exchange Server using only a Web browser.
