Outlook 2000 has enhanced features for sending a mass mailing to contacts stored in Outlook and supports mass e-mails and printed letters.
Users can easily choose to send a mass mailing to a list of contacts based on any contact field including category or by picking them one at a time. The mass communication can be personalized with any set of fields from the Contact items in Outlook. For example, users can send a mass mailing to their Key Contacts category and include in the communication the amount of each recipient’s previous order.
