INTRODUCTION (abstract of the dissertation of Doctor of technical sciences
(DSc))
The aim of the research
is to increase the operating efficiency of drilling
equipment based on resource-saving technologies and reduce fuel and energy costs.
The research object
is resource and energy saving of drilling equipment.
The scientific novelty of the research is as follows
:
a mathematical model has been developed that allows calculating the heating
temperature of the tooth and matrix of a tricone drill bit, taking into account a complex
of technological, design and thermophysical factors, as well as the physical and
mechanical properties of rocks when drilling wells with air blowing;
recommendations have been developed for selecting optimal drilling mode
parameters when using a device for drilling wells with two-stage cooling of cleaning
air, which allows increasing the mechanical drilling speed and bit durability;
a mathematical model of the movement of a cuttings particle in the bottomhole
zone of a well has been developed, which makes it possible to determine the optimal
design parameters of a downhole swirler;
the optimal bend angles along the helical line of the tricone bit foot and downhole
swirler screws were determined, which allows increasing the mechanical drilling
speed, bit durability, and also reducing the energy costs of the drill rotator and pump;
it has been determined that the use of an ejection nozzle in a device for recycling
the heat of a drilling rig when drilling wells with air blowing reduces engine fuel
consumption by up to 12% by reducing the resistance to the flow of exhaust gases in
the exhaust pipe of the drilling rig's internal combustion engine and the load on the fan
cooling radiator;
the dependence of the heat flow power and generated electrical energy on the load
on the generator in the developed device for the useful utilization of heat losses from
the internal combustion engine of an autonomous power plant of a drilling rig has been
established.
