В данной статье рассматриваются условия эффективного формирования гендерной
компетентности в общеобразовательных учреждениях, междисциплинарный анализ трактовки
понятия “гендерный идентификатор” как ключевого компонента социально обусловленного
целостного развития личности и специфика школьной гендерной структура.
Ключевые слова: в современном обществе конструктивная социализация, андрогинная
личность, самостоятельность, квалификация, амбициозность, доброта, трудолюбие и
деликатность, гармонизированный пол, разная гендерная идентичность юношей и девушек,

CONDITIONS FOR EFFECTIVE FORMATION OF GENDER
COMPETENCES IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
This article discusses the conditions for the effective formation of gender competence in educational
institutions, the interdisciplinary analysis of the interpretation of the concept of “gender identifier” as a key
component of the socially conditioned holistic development of the individual and the specifics of the school’s
gender structure.
Keywords: modern society, constructive socialization, androgynous personality, independence,
qualification, ambition, kindness, diligence and delicacy, harmonized gender, different gender identity of
boys and girls, socio-psychological potential of the individual, flexibility of gender identity, leading goals of
the educational process.

Ta’lim muassasalarida gender kompetensiyasini samarali shakllantirish shartlari ishlab
chiqilgan boʻlib, ularni amalga oshirish jami ravishda gender ta’limining samarali modellarini amalga
oshirishni va shaxsga yoʻnaltirilgan ta’lim sharoitida gender munosabatlarini rivojlantirishni pedagogik
boshqarishni ta’minlashi kerak. Ushbu shartlarni hisobga olgan holda, ta’limda gender podxolini amalga
oshirish tendensiyalari va yoʻnalishlari zamonaviy jamiyatning ta’lim sohasidagi gender-rol
tabaqalanishidagi sezilarli oʻzgarishlar sharoitida prognoz qilish va eng muhim strategik qarorlarni qabul
qilish uchun zarurdir.
