Abstract. In this article, entrepreneurship, the conditions for its organization and the processes of state support, the unique characteristics of the organization of IT-entrepreneurship for Uzbekistan, its status, ways of its further development, implementation in this regard are discussed and opinions are given about the planned activities and conclusions are made at the end of the article.

Introduction. Although the people of Uzbekistan have a centuries-old history of entrepreneurship in the fields of national crafts, construction, and agriculture, before independence, there were various types of entrepreneurship in the country for the production of resources in the form of raw materials existed, and did not have the appropriate permission and opportunity to engage in the activity of reprocessing these resources into finished goods within the country. Raw materials were sold, and instead ready products were bought in the republic. For this reason, business activity in Uzbekistan has not progressed much compared to other countries.
So, what is meant by entrepreneurial activity and what is the goal of establishing it in Uzbekistan? In most sources, entrepreneurial activity is interpreted as the process of production of products and provision of services with efficient use of economic resources.
Article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Guarantees of Freedom of Entrepreneurial Activity" refers to entrepreneurial activity: "Entrepreneurial activity is income carried out by the subjects of entrepreneurial activity in accordance with the law, at risk and under their own ownership responsibility ( It is defined as proactive activity aimed at obtaining profit).
