INTRODUCTION (abstract of PhD thesis)
Relevance and necessity of the dissertation topic.
New modern automated
technological processes and creative technologies aimed at developing the mental
potential, creativity and knowledge level of students within the framework of the
possibilities of mixed learning technology are being introduced into the educational
process in the field of teaching technical sciences and improving its quality in
professional educational institutions. .
At the same time, systematic work is being
carried out to improve the educational process on the basis of innovative and modern
information technologies, the use of scientific innovations in the educational process
that are compatible with their theoretical, methodological and methodological
foundations.
Scientific research is being carried out in world educational and research
institutions to improve the efficiency of teaching technical sciences, modernize the
main
areas of energy, create integrated educational resources in science using
information technology and innovative pedagogical technologies, and improve the
teaching of technical sciences in an electronic educational environment. When
conducting experimental work on electrical networks and systems, attention is paid to
scientific research to improve the programs Matlab Simmulink, Scada, AutoCAT and
the complex of virtual laboratories.
In recent years, a regulatory framework has been created in our republic to
improve the education system and educate the mature generation,
introduce
innovative technologies and information and communication tools into the
educational process, increase the intensity and effectiveness of training, and adapt
them to world standards. The Concept for the Development of the Education System
of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030 sets the tasks ―Improving the teaching
methods, phased introduction of the principles of individualization into the
educational process, introduction of modern information and communication
technologies and innovative projects into the educational process.‖
areas of higher
education‖. In this regard, the possibilities for improving the methods of teaching the
subjects of electrical networks and systems, scientific and technical problems of
energy and relay protection will increase.

The connection between the dissertation topic and
the research plans of the
educational institution where the dissertation was completed. The dissertation
research was carried out on the basis of the research plan of the Tashkent State
Pedagogical University, within the framework of the practical project of the Tashkent
State Pedagogical University No. A-1-23 - ―Creating a complex of multimedia lesson
developments for primary school teachers‖ (2015 -2017).
The purpose of the study is to develop recommendations for improving the
methodology for teaching the science of electrical networks and systems in an
electronic learning environment.
