15.4.1 Hisoblash misoli


Quyidagi asoslarga ko‘ra varaq qoliplash mashina yuritmalarining quvvatlarini aniqlash kerak.
Formatlovchi baraban, press-vallar va setkali silindrlar diametri L = 1,7 m, kurakchali aralashtirgichniki esa b = 1,95 m. Asosiy press-val diametri D1 = 0,4 m, qo‘shimcha press-vallar diametri D2 = D3=0,26 m, formatlovchi barabanniki D4=1,65 m, setkali silindrniki D5 = 1,0 m, siquvchi valniki D6=0,4 m. sapfalar diametrlari: -asosiy press-valniki d1 =0,1 m, - qo‘shimcha press-vallarniki d2 = d3 = 0,075 m, -formatlovchi barabanniki d4 = 0,1 m, setkali silindrniki d5=0,07 m, movut urgichniki d6=0,07m. Aralashtirgich va movut urgichning chegaraviy nuqtalari radiuslari r = R = 0,125 m. Setkali silindrni zichlovchi moslama yuzasi S2 = 0,0014 m. Setkali silindrlar soni – 3. Ishchi movutning harakat tezligi υ = 0,85 m/s. Kurakchali aralashtirgich vallarining aylanish tezligi n = 3,27 ayl/s, movut urgichniki n1=3,5 ayl/s. Aralashtirgichning ishga solish vaqti t = 3 s. Asbest-sement suspenziyasining hajmiy massasi ρ = 1070 kg/m3. Asosiy press-val og‘irligi G1 = 13 kN, qo‘shimcha press-vallar og‘irliklari G2 = G3 = 6,0 kN, formatlovchi baraban og‘irligi G4 = 32,8 kN, bitta setkali silindrga to‘g‘ri keluvchi ishchi movut og‘irligi G5 = 70 N, bitta setkali silindrga to‘g‘ri keluvchi asbest-sement plyonka og‘irligi G6 = 86 N, bitta setkali silindr og‘irligi G8 =9,0 kN, siquvchi val og‘irligi G10 = 4,5 N, aralashtirgichning aylanuvchi qismlari og‘irligi G11 = 640 N, movut urgichning aylanuvchi qismlari og‘irligi G13 = 2500 N. Ishchi movutning movut urgichga bosimi R8 = 900 N. Formatlovchi barabanga chiziqli bosimlar: asosiy press-valdan q1 = 70 kN/m, birinchi qo‘shimcha press-valdan q2 = 50 kN/m, ikkinchi press-valdan q3 = 25 kN/m. Siquvchi valning chiziqli bosimi q5 = 5,0 kN/m.

Formatlovchi baraban – press-vallar sistemasi uchun 18 nuqtadagi tortish kuchini topamiz:


R1 = 70 · 1,7 = 119 kN; R2 = 50· 1,7 = 85 kN; R3 = 25· 1,7 = 42,5 kN;


Q1 =132 kN; Q2= 91 kN; Q3 =48 kN ; Q4 = 195 kN.
T2 = 0,02 [ 132 · 0,1/0,4 + (91 + 48) 0,074 / 0,26 + 195 · 0,1 /1,65 ] = 1,7 kN.
T3 = 2 · 0,0007 [(1/1,65+1/0,4)·119 + (1/1,65 + 1/0,26)·85 + (1 /1,65+1/0,26) · · 42,5] = 1,3 kN.
T3 = 2 · 0,0007 [(1/1,65 + 1/0,4) ·119 + (1/1,65 + 0,26) ·85 +(1/1,65 + 1/0,26)·42,5] = 1,3 kN.
Unda T1 = 1,7 + 1,3 = 3,0 kN.
Setkali silindr – siquvchi val sistemasida 10-12 nuqtalarda tortuvchi kuchlarni aniqlaymiz:

G7 = 9,0 – 6,8 = 2,2 kN; R5 = 8500 + 70 +85 + 2200 = 10835 N;


R6 = 4000· · 1,7 = 6800 N; Q5 = 8500 – 4500 = 4000 N;
T5 = (10835 · 0,02 · 0,07)/1,0 + (4000 · 0,02 · 0,04)/0,4 = 23 N;
T6 = 2 · 8500 · 0,0016 (1/1,0 + 1/0,4) = 95 N;
T7 = 2 · 0,4 · 10000 · 0,0014 = 112 N; T9 = 5 · 1,7 = 8,5 kN;
T8 = [1070 · 1,843 · 1,05 · (1 + 5 · 1,7/1,0)] / [68 · 102 ·0,5] = 10,0 N,
Unda T4 = 23,0 + 95,0 + 112,0 + 10,0 = 240 N.

Ishchi movutning vakuum-qutilar yuzasidagi ishqalanishlarni yenggani kerak bo‘ladigan kuchlarni 9 va 15 nuqtalarda topamiz:


S3 = 0,27 m2 ; r1 = 3000 Pa ; r2 =46000 Pa.


Birinchi vakuum-qutisi uchun : T10 = 3000 · 0,27 · 0,35 = 280 N.
Ikkinchi vakuum-quti uchun : T10’’ = 46000 · 0,27 · 0,35 = 4350 N.
Movut urgichning ishchi movut yuzasiga ishqalanishini yengish uchun kerakli kuchni 4 nuqtada topamiz:
T11= 660 · 0,25 = 165 N.
1 nuqta uchun dastlabki taranglikni F = 3000 N deb belgilab olib, keyingi nuqtalardagi movut tarangliklarini topamiz:
F1 = 3000 N; F2 = 3000 (1 + 0,05) = 3150 H, F 3 = 3150 (1+0,05)=3310 H,
F4=3310+165=3475 H, F5=3475(1+0,05)=3650 H, F6=3650(1+0,05)=3830H,
F7=3830(1+0,05)=4020H, F8=4020(1+0,05)=4220H, F9=4220+280=4500H, F10=4500+240=4740 H, F11=4740+240=4980 H, F12=4980+240=5220 H, F13=5220(1+0,05)=5480 H, F14=5480(10,05)=5755 H, F15=5755+4350=10105H, F16=10105(1+0,05)=10610 H,

Asosiy press-val yuritmasining quvvati:

Aralashtirgich yuritmasining quvvati:
k=(1070 · 1,26) / 2 = 674,2 kg/m3 ; υ =2 · 3,14 · 0,125 · 3,27 = 2,57 m/s;
D7 = 2 · 0,125 = 0,25 m; V= (3,14 · 0,252 · 1,95) / 4 = 0,096 m3 ;
G12 = 1,25 · 10500 · 0,096 = 1260 H; ω=2 ·3,14 ·0,125·3,27 = 20,54 rad/s.

N1 = ( 2 · 674,1 · 0,125 · 1,95 · 2,573 ) / 4 = 1400 Vt.


N2 = [ 1070 · 20,543 · 0,255 (1 + 5 · 1,95 / 0,25)] / 68 · 102 = 50 Vt.


N3 =[ (0,03 · 640) + (0,044 · 1260) ] / 3 = 65 Vt.


Aralashtirgich yuritmasining umumiy quvvati:
Na = (1400 + 50 + 65 ) / 0,8 = 1840 Bt.

Movut urgich yuritmasining quvvatini topamiz:


M1 = 660 · 0,25 · 0,125 = 20,6 Nm; M2=(660 + 2500) ·0,02·0,35 = 22,1 Nm;


M= 20,6 + 22,1 = 42,7 Nm; ω=2 · 3,14 · 3,5 = 21,98 rad/s;

N4 = ( 2 · 42,7 · 21,98 ) / 0,85 = 2200 Vt.
