усулининг энг кўп тарқалган кўриниши) вазифалари маълум миқдордаги вақт
сарфини талаб қилади ва ушбу факт тармоқ характеристикаларига салбий
таъсир ўтказиши мумкин. Аслида DPI технологияси амалга оширувчи
функциялар, тармоқлар аро экран қурулмасининг вазифаларини эслатсада,
уни бутун тармоқ инфраструктурасида қўллаш ва DPI алгоритмлари ѐрдамида
тармоқда OSI моделининг барча еттита поғоналаридаги маълумотларни
тахлил қилиш учун катта хажмдаги ўзгаришларни амалга оширилишини талаб
этилади. Шунинг учун ҳам DPI технологияси элементларини тармоқни
транспорт ва кириш қисмлари чегарасидаги кириш тармоқ шлюзларига (access
gateway or VPN gateway) жойлаштириш юқори самарадорликни таъминлаб
бериши тажрибаларда ўз исботини топган.
SELECTION OF PERSPECTIVE PROJECTS AND THEIR
MANAGEMENT IN OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY

Abstract.The oil and gas industry plays a pivotal role in global energy supply,
economic development, and geopolitical dynamics. As the industry faces increasing
challenges and uncertainties, the strategic selection and effective management of
projects become critical for sustained growth and competitiveness. This thesis
investigates the multifaceted aspects of project selection and management in the oil
and gas sector, aiming to provide insights that contribute to enhanced decision-
making processes and project outcomes.
The literature review establishes a foundation by exploring existing theories,
methodologies, and best practices in project management within the unique context
of the oil and gas industry. This review encompasses economic, technical,
environmental, and social criteria that influence project selection. Additionally, it
investigates the industry-specific challenges, such as geopolitical risks, regulatory
compliance, and the integration of emerging technologies.The thesis examines the
criteria employed in project selection, emphasizing the need for a comprehensive
approach that aligns with the industry's complexity.
Project management practices are scrutinized, considering methodologies such
as the Project Management Institute's PMBOK and Agile. The analysis delves into
the challenges unique to the oil and gas sector, including the dynamic nature of
resource markets, regulatory uncertainties, and the necessity for adaptive
management strategies. Case studies are employed to illustrate both successful and
unsuccessful instances, extracting lessons learned and identifying best
practices.Furthermore, the research explores the impact of emerging technologies on
project selection and management in the oil and gas industry. From artificial
intelligence to data analytics and digitalization, the study evaluates how these
technologies enhance decision-making processes, optimize operations, and
contribute to overall project success.
In conclusion, this thesis consolidates findings to provide actionable
recommendations for improving project selection and management practices in the
