How to use the workbook
Each section of the strategy consists of guidance notes for completing the section (which you can delete as you write your strategy) and template ‘mindtools’ which are tables designed for quick collaborative analysis and summary of current use of digital marketing and how digital strategies can be implemented to improve the contribution of digital marketing in the future.
Short on time?
Thought so! We all are and we realise that all these templates will seem daunting at first. However, we want to provide value to members, so have included many different templates we have used to aid analysis and strategy definition on projects.
To help simplify, if you want to follow the quickest route to creating a strategy, or are working on a strategy for a smaller business, just complete the Executive Summary plus the Five key templates that you can use to summarise the strategy including a one page summary – these are marked CORE – see the table of contents that follows.
