Configuring the Outlook 98 and 2000 Profile

1. 
   If the profile was already created right click on the Microsoft Outlook shortcut on the desktop and choose Properties or select Mail from Control Panel.
   
2. 
   Choose Show Profiles.
   

3. 
   Click on the Add button.
   

4. 
   Select Microsoft Exchange Server and Select Next.
   

5. 
   Type a name for your profile and select Next.
   

6. 
   Click the Setup Mail Account button.
   
7. 
   Type the Exchange Server name and Mailbox name.
   
8. 
   Select Next.
   

9. 
   Click the Finish button.
   

10. 
    Proceed to Configuring Gentran to use Outlook Profile.
