    XULOSA


    Ushbu kurs ishini bajarish mobaynida kimyo sanoati va texnologik jarayonlami yuzaga keladigan modda va issiqlik almashinish jarayonlarini modellashtirish usullari orqali tahlil qilishni o'rgandim. Bunda, olingan nazariy bilimlar asosida jarayon va asosiy qurilmaning matematik modeli tuzildi. Kompyuter dasturlaridan Aspen Plus dasturini qo'llagan holda, nisbatan murakkab hisoblangan jarayonning simulatsion modeli oson qurishga erishildi. Reaksiya kinetikasi, jarayondagi asosiy qurilma parametrlari adabiyotlardan olindi va modellashtirish parametrlari sifatida qo'llanildi. Termodinamik usul sifatida PENG-ROB usulidan foydalanildi. Modellashtirishdagi hisoblash natijalari shuni ko'rsatadiki, berilgan qurilmada 100 kmol/soat sarf bilan kirayotgan Etil atsetat va sirka kislotasi aralashmasining 50 kmol qismi distilyat (2/3 qismi etil atsetat 1/3 qismi sirka kislota) .Distilyatning pastki qismida 50 kmol sirka kislota ajralib Qurilmada umumiy tarelkalari soni 20, reaskiya qatlami 10-20 tarelkalar oralig'ida bo'ldi.
