PRODUCTS CAN BE BOTH POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE IN
EMPLOYMENT RATE

In our rapidly changing world modern technologies have already shown
its own value in different areas so, manufacturing rates can not be an exception.
This days, majority of the factories have already changed their employees with
AI technologies especially robots for many reasons. First and foremost reason
can be their productivity of work efficiency as they can work non-stop 25/7 all
year around. Taking big car manufacturing companies like Tesla, Ferrari and
Mercedes, they have been using controlled robotic system for around 10 years.
As a result, the work efficiency is nowadays much more increased than it used
to be.
Furthermore, artificial intelligence ( robots ) do not require a special
atmosphere to do tasks compare to human factor which demand special
conditions and features. For example, whether staff members or factory workers
have to take different breaks like coffee, smoking or toilet every 4 to 6 hour
during the work process. In more details, human body is limited to work without
any stops. However, robots do not need cooling and heating system, extra salary,
vocations and medical care in to the bargain.
Last but not least, as they are controlled system, say, they are manipulated
by special microchips, the level of quality is in a high rate. Another words,
products are made free from mistakes which can be related to human factor,
because employees, as they are humankinds, have different dilemmas, thoughts
and overactive minds which can directly effect the working process.
On the other hand, as coin has two sides, there is an opposite side.
Although controlled system can be much more efficient that humankinds , they
are not characterized to solve problems during the process of working. It means,
tiny virus or lateness in the software can have a hazardous impact on working

process. As a result, all manufactured materials or goods can become a trash
which can not be recycled even every now and ever.
Taking everything in to consideration, artificial intelligence in
manufacturing can have both merits as they can make rocket process of
productivity and demerits such as not to be specialized to solve self problems.
But, it is essential to mention that if all factories prioritize working with robots
over people, it leads to the high rate of unemployment.
