Simplified Menus

  The View menu in Outlook 97 had 15 commands, including many that were infrequently used. The new View menu in Outlook 2000 has only six commands. If users want to change the view, the Edit View dialog box provides a clear and easy interface.

  A new Common Actions menu displayed in all forms and views provides quick access to the appropriate commands for each form and view. This menu replaces differently named menus found in each type of item and view in Outlook 97.
