THE PEDAGOGICAL PROCESS AS AN INTEGRAL DYNAMIC
SYSTEM

Abstract. In the article, the pedagogical process in modern pedagogy is
understood as specially organized mutual cooperation between teachers and
students, implementing the content of education using certain means and methods
of teaching and upbringing, aimed at meeting the needs of society and the individual.
The pedagogical process combines the processes of formation, development,
education, training, self-education and self-education with all the conditions, forms
and methods of their occurrence.
Key words. Pedagogy, psychology, diagnostics, personality and society,
student, teacher, education and upbringing, flow, cooperation.
“Pedagogik jarayon” tushunchasi pedagogika fanining asosiy tushunchasidir.
Uni ilmiy leksikaga rus tili oʻqituvchisi P.F. Kapterev (1849-1922). U о‘zining
"Pedagogik jarayon" asarida shunday deb yozgan edi: "Pedagogik jarayon ikkita
asosiy xarakterli xususiyatni о‘z ichiga oladi: tananing о‘zini о‘zi rivojlantirishga
tizimli yordam berish va shaxsni har tomonlama takomillashtirish". Zamonaviy
pedagogikada pedagogik jarayon deganda jamiyat va shaxsning о‘zi talablarini
qondirishga qaratilgan о‘qitish va tarbiyaning muayyan vositalari va usullaridan
foydalangan holda ta’lim mazmunini amalga oshiruvchi о‘qituvchi va
о‘quvchilarning maxsus tashkil etilgan о‘zaro hamkorligi tushuniladi. Pedagogik
jarayonda shaxsni shakllantirish, rivojlantirish, tarbiyalash, о‘qitish, о‘z-о‘zini
tarbiyalash va о‘z-о‘zini tarbiyalash jarayonlari ularning yuzaga kelishining barcha
sharoitlari, shakllari va usullari bilan birlashtiriladi.
Pedagogik jarayon faqat yuqoridagi jarayonlarning mexanik birikmasi emas,
balki о‘ziga xos xususiyatlarga ega bо‘lgan yangi yuqori sifatli ta’limdir. Uning
asosiy xususiyatlari sifatida quyidagilarni aniqlash mumkin: diqqat, ikki
