consultation with experts and functional units, which pose risks to strategy
implementation. Despite the high level of education
and young managerial
demographics, there is an openness to change and competition, which leads to a
preference for growth strategies, particularly entering new markets,
increasing
market share, and developing new products. In addition, the study identified
weaknesses in strategic decision-making such
as inadequate assessment of
opportunities, threats, and competitors' operations. This discrepancy highlights the

planning, seeking professional help, reconsidering countermeasures to downsizing
strategies, in-depth analysis of opportunities and threats, and encouraging gender
diversity in management roles. Based on the research, Denizli concluded that textile
firms should increase their awareness of strategic management and adapt
strategies to their specific circumstances in order to ensure sustainable growth and
competitiveness (
Kızıloglu, Mehmet, and Serinkan, 2015, p.306-314).
All of the above-mentioned components can serve as the basis
for the formation of
textile business development strategies in Uzbekistan and branding approach for
sustainable growth, and all of the cited cases are proof and examples of this.
