Teaching is not only about imparting knowledge to students, but also
about teaching students to approach
learning in interesting and
unexpected ways. The organization of teaching based on a creative
approach guarantees the effectiveness of the teaching process. This article
presents ideas about teaching based on a creative approach.
The primary basis of education is the lesson. Teaching, in turn, is a
whole, consisting of the following parts: the teacher; recipient of education;
program and textbook, educational manual and didactic materials;
Pedagogical methods and methods, technical means of teaching.
In
every educational institution, there is an increasing need for
innovative knowledge and creativity to solve global problems that require
innovative and creative thinking.
If the main role of teaching is to provide students with quality
education that is necessary and necessary for success in society, then
creative thinking is a necessary need for the development of today's youth.
In the process of teaching, it is not just to single out creative
individuals, but rather, it describes how the ability to think creatively in the
search and expression of students' ideas is related to the teaching approach
and other characteristics of the educational
system of the educational
institution.
What is creative? Creato is a Latin word meaning "creativity".
Creativity can be called a desire to create, a creative approach to life,
a constant critical look at oneself and analysis. Today's teacher can be
199
defined as his creative approach to a particular type of activity, his level of
knowledge. Creativity is responsible for reproducing existing information
and creating an endless new model of it.
What is creative thinking? Creative thinking is the ability to
effectively participate in the process of finding innovative and effective
solutions, acquiring new knowledge, developing,
evaluating and
improving ideas aimed at effective expression of imagination.
Creative thinking helps us find unusual solutions to problems.
However, we should not confuse this with critical thinking, but rather as
"brothers" who help us find complementary solutions to impossible
problems.
In the course of teaching, the student is required to solve scientific
problems
or social problems, to express creative ideas in writing or
visually, according to the assessment model of creative thinking. During
the teaching process, in the evaluation of creative thinking, attention is
paid to the competence
of developing various ideas, evaluating and
improving creative ideas.
Students of a higher educational institution can fully demonstrate
their creative thinking skills in a comfortable environment. If students have
a feeling of failure, fear, stuttering from incorrect expression of ideas, and
criticism, in such a situation, it will not be possible for them to effectively
form or develop creative thinking skills. It is possible to successfully form
the ability of creative thinking in students only by turning creativity into
oden.
* In this process, the methods and tools used in evaluating the skills
of creative thinking and the thorough understanding of the content of the
subject by them are important.
