фикрлар баён этилган. Дарс жараёнида дастурлаш технологияларини қўллаш 
натижасида ўқувчиларнинг интеллектуал салоҳияти ва илмий назарий билими 
янада мустахкамланади. Шунинг билан биргаликда, таълимда ахборот ва 
коммуникация технологиялар ва замонавий педагогик технологияларни янада 
бойитиш, такомиллаштиришга олиб келади.

Modern innovative pedagogical technologies are a set of new forms, methods and tools 
based on scientific-theoretical and methodological basis of the educational process. In this 
case, the integrity of the goal, task, activity and pedagogical result is ensured in the 
combination of new content, form, method and means, and the educational process that 
guarantees the achievement of educational goals is designed and implemented. The 
technological approach, first of all, is not a description, but practical skills that allow the 
implementation of the designed results are expressed in the structure. 
In our country, the harmonious growth and education of young people in all aspects, the 
conditions for the realization of their potential and the creation of effective mechanisms 
are the main goal and driving force of the reforms implemented in the education system. 
Further development of an excellent system of training specialists based on achievements 
in the field of science, technology and technology is an important condition for the 
development of Uzbekistan. 
Today, in the conditions of the rapid development of science and technology, as each 
country draws up its future plans, it is the demand of the time to pay special attention to 
the development of the abilities of the young generation who will implement these plans, to 
increase their intellectual potential, and to enrich their spirituality. For this reason, large-
scale work is being carried out in our country to raise a healthy and mature generation and 
to protect their rights. In particular, the results of the socio-economic development of our 
country in 2015 and the most important priorities of the economic program for 2016 of the 
President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov 
There has always been a need for capable, business-minded, mature personnel in 
society. The history of human development testifies to the need for qualified personnel 
capable of meeting its demands and solving existing problems. This is one of the pressing 
issues of the current development of the society. And for this, it is necessary to conduct 
continuous work on spirituality and enlightenment, regular development of the person on 
the basis of the personnel policy. 
In the national personnel training program, the need to rapidly introduce modern 
innovative pedagogical technologies into the educational process has been repeated many 
times, and it has been said that it is necessary to regularly apply them to the educational 
process. Well-known scientists of our university are striving to create modern innovative 
pedagogic technologies based on science, adapted to the socio-pedagogical conditions of 
our region, and to widely use them in educational practice. One of the requirements of the 
national personnel training program is to use new pedagogical and information 
technologies in the educational process, to accelerate the training of students using the 
modular system of training. 
In our university, extensive work is being carried out on the use of pedagogical and 
information technologies in the educational process. The scientific-theoretical foundations 
of this problem, the specific aspects of each pedagogical technology have been developed, 
and enough experience has been collected, which gives us students the opportunity to

develop their scientific-technical and creative abilities and to gain deep knowledge. 
Due to independence, large-scale reforms are being implemented in the field of 
information and communication in the training of potential personnel at the university. It is 
especially important that the scientific council of the university creates the legal and 
regulatory frameworks that serve to promote it and apply it to educational processes. 
The experience of the years of independence shows that the importance of introducing 
modern pedagogic and innovative information and communication technologies into the 
educational process, and the introduction of effective non-traditional methods into 
educational practice is increasing. 
We must not forget that the development of modern pedagogical and innovative 
technologies affects the level of competitiveness of personnel, allows to collect a large 
amount of information and generalize it, opens the door to new perspectives for students 
and creates opportunities for wide use of interactive services in the process of education. 
At the moment, the further development of innovative pedagogical technologies in the 
higher education system is necessary for the emergence of a stronger, more stable and 
proportionately developed economy of Uzbekistan, for each young specialist to become a 
buyer in the rapidly changing labor market, to fully participate in the developing innovative 
economy, and to meet the professional and social requirements of the business sector. is an 
important factor in becoming a professional with skills.
