1 Introduction
The strategic development and alternative expansion of the textile sector has a great
impact on the state and its economy, as well as on the wide brand recognition. In
regards to the Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Statistics, industry
accounted for 10.8% of total industrial vol-ume in the nation, 4% of GDP, 44% of
non-food consumer goods output, and 10% of exports (2018) (RB ASIA). Apart from
that, until today, the index for the Uzbek textile industry has risen and continues to
move upward, and the development requirements of new brands are creating a
basis for establishing a strategic textile business through new and improved
strategies.
In Uzbekistan, the textile sector plays a very important role for industrial
development. In addition, there are sufficient conditions for the textile industry in
Uzbekistan. Including businesses to invest in technology, infra-structure, and
workforce development, export promotion, infrastructure development and
regulatory support in Uzbekistan. In addition, Uzbekistan was the third largest cotton
exporter while being the sixth greatest cotton production. However, raw cotton
exports have been dropping in recent years, with a concentration on high value-
added goods. Light in-dustry, as a crucial sector of Uzbekistan's economy, offers a
high level of employment and adds to the country's economic and industrial potential
as well as its worldwide status (Normuminovich, Yuldashev, Azimova, and
Akbarxujayeva, 2021).
Another recent political news and one of the support given to business owners by
Uzbekistan, which is optimal in practice, is a number of tax reliefs, which are
exemption from taxes for entrepreneurs starting a new business for 6 months and
the creation of several reliefs.
However, if we analyze the results of previous years in Uzbekistan, in terms of
political views, 2018 was held as "the year of supporting active entrepreneurship,
innovative ideas and technologies" (Sadikov, 2022). As a work plan for the next
year, it introduced the year as the "Year of Ac-tive Investments and Social
Development". As a result, it had a great impact on the development of businesses

and the opening of new ones, including the textile sector. Organization of textile
business with a new strategic approach is used as an incentive for this, and through
such incentives, it leads to an increase in the volume of exports as a brand. As a
result, many industries and sectors will experience significant change. However, in
order to carry out such actions, it is necessary to slightly reform the strategic ways
and then all the related concepts.
