reason, I used qualitative methodology. That's why it's important for us to have clear
opinions from our interlocutors and to be with experienced people and people with
strong and deep knowledge in this field. Among entrepreneurs, business managers,
foreign workers and employees working in the internal and external structures of the
enterprise, people with strong knowledge and sufficient experience in our field are
used. 10 respondents participated in the study. I participate in the interview process
as an interviewer, and in my workplace I have interviewed
people with strong
knowledge and skills in this field, including expatriate employees in addition to CEOs
and department heads. Interviews were obtained with three key employees, the
Head of Planning and Distribution, a Turkish expatriate, and a first-level manager of
the company. Of course, it is very difficult for these
people to find time for a
conversation, but I work next to them as an employee of this company, and because
I am with them during the day, I asked them to
spend their free time for a
conversation. As for the interview process, the respondents were taken from the
employees
of the Indenim LLC campaign, the questions were asked sequentially, it
is possible to get answers to additional questions
that arise during the process,
because, this interview is semi-structured, and the interviews during the process are
based on the interviewer's were audio-recorded with their consent and key points
were recorded to preserve the entire interview and used for later analysis.
