vehicle should not exceed 9 hours. In this case, the driver must rest 2 days a week. As for intercity
routes, in this case, the nonworking time will be reduced to 9 hours. Administrative punishment is
applied to an individual in the form of a fine for the absence of the device, its incorrect operation or
a recorded violation.
Bus transport enterprises control the driving time, work and rest time of the bus driver using
the results of the analysis of the driver's
work schedule,
travel sheet,
personal control book,
tachograph records from all available documents. In case of violations of the work and rest order, the
enterprise must immediately eliminate them and prevent them from happening in the future. In order
to prevent traffic accidents, the bus should be equipped by the employer with devices to detect the
fatigue of the drivers while driving on the route. Employers who do not predict the work and rest
schedule of the driver will be held responsible in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of
Uzbekistan. It is allowed to use tachographs, which are included in the state register of measuring
instruments of the Republic of Uzbekistan and have been compared according
to the established
procedure. Employers who put buses on the line without a tachograph or with a defective tachograph
are responsible in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of
Uzbekistan.
