    INTRODUCTION (abstract of PhD dissertation
    The aim of the research works is to develop proposals and recommendations 
    for the formation of natural science competencies based on solving problems in 
    physics for schoolchildren of general secondary education and their application in the 
    educational process. 
    The object of research work The process of improving the methodology for 
    the formation of competence in solving problems in physics among students of 
    secondary schools was determined and experimental work was carried out in 
    Yangikhetsky district 8 of Tashkent, Mirzo-Ulugbek district 256, Uchtepa district 
    296, Termez city Surkhandarya region 3-, 9- A total of 608 were recruited students 
    from the 6th, 14th, 28th and 30th secondary schools of the Uchkoprik district of the 
    Fergana region. 
    The scientific novelty of the research is: 
    on the basis of ensuring the interdisciplinary integration of educational 
    materials, the training program "Solving physical problems" was developed and put 
    into practice. 
    a methodological system for the effective use of educational resources based on 
    methodological approaches to the implementation of technical education in the 
    classroom for solving problems in physics was determined; 
    a problematic model of the formation of the physical competence of students 
    was developed and implemented in practice; 
    methodological recommendations for the formation of physical competence of 
    students using problem solving technologies have been developed and introduced 
    into the experimental work.
