THE IMPORTANCE OF INDEPENDENT THINKING IN THE
DEVELOPMENT OF LANGUAGE EDUCATION
In today's society, one of the broadest areas of human activity is education.
In recent years, the social role of education has increased, and attitudes toward all
forms of education have changed in most parts of the world. Education is seen as a
key driver of social and economic development. The reason
for this attention is
that the most important value and the main asset of modern society is a person who
is able to seek, acquire new knowledge and make non-standard decisions.
Therefore, education plays a crucial role in the development of society today. In
the context of increasing globalization and fierce
competition in the world
economy, it is necessary for people to receive lifelong learning, rather than lifelong
learning. Part 4.4 of the “Strategy of Action” adopted
by the President of the
country Shavkat Mirziyoyev on February 7, 2017 envisages raising this issue to a
new stage in the development of education. In his book "Critical Analysis, Strict
Discipline and Personal Responsibility should be the daily rule of every leader",
the head of state also touched upon many priorities
in the implementation of
reforms in the field of education. The focus is on continuing education.

rounded student who is able to think independently.
Independence is one of the main qualities of students.
Independence is a
quality characterized by a conscious choice of one's activities and determination in
its implementation. It is a quality that is unique to everyone. The conscious choice
of this or that activity characterizes the active mental activity of the student, and its
implementation is determined by perseverance.
It is impossible to deepen students' knowledge in the educational process
without shaping their independence. Independence, in turn, is inextricably linked to
activity, which is the driving force in the process of cognition.
Lack of
independence makes the student passive and does not develop his thinking skills.
Independence is especially important for the development of activities that
should be able to diversify students. This can be explained by the formation of
