СОТРУДНИЧЕСТВА
Исходя из требований современного общества, задача учителя – раскрыть скрытый
потенциал каждого ученика и развить творческий потенциал личности. Результаты эксперимента-
проверки проведены посредством инновационной методики «Смешанное обучение» на лабораторных
занятиях специальности «Технология переработки нефти и газа», а также уровень
сформированности творческих идей в начале эксперимента-проверки. составила 14,3%, а в
эксперименте - в конце испытания составила 42,9%. Инновационный метод положительно влияет
на усвоение теоретических знаний, а также на развитие личностных качеств обучающегося, в то
же время активизирует учебную деятельность, повышает познавательную активность и
эффективность обучения.
Ключевые слова: образование, педагогика сотворчества в обучении, развитие личности
ученика, основные и дополнительные признаки сотворчества, развитие творческого мышления
учащихся на уроке, этапы организации процесса сотворчества.
METHOD OF DEVELOPING STUDENTS' PERSONAL QUALITIES IN THE PROCESS OF
COOPERATION
Based on the requirements of modern society, the task of the teacher is to reveal the hidden potential
of each student and to develop the creative potential of the individual. The results of the experiment-test were
carried out through the innovative method of "Blended learning" in the laboratory classes of the specialty
"Oil and gas processing technology", and the level of formation of creative ideas at the beginning of the
experiment-test was 14.3%, while the experiment - at the end of the test was 42.9%. The innovative method
has a positive effect on the assimilation of theoretical knowledge, but also on the development of the
student's personal characteristics, at the same time, it activates educational activities, increases cognitive
activity and learning efficiency.
