ABSTRACT
The Textbook is prepared on base of the scholastic program of discipline
"Technology of textile machine building", which bes included in discipline of the
profesions 5A320310-" Machine and devices textile and light industry".In textbooks
are stated main notions and positions to technologies of machine building, lit
questions of the basing, accuracy of the procesing and asemblies, quality to surfaces,
as well as organized principles designing the technological proceses of the
mechanical procesing the details and asemblies of the machines.
At interpretation of the special questions was not put task of consideration of the
whole variety production textile machines, since contents of the technological
proceses is bound not as much with design variety of the details as with volume
production output. Considered technology of the fabrication of the typical details of
the large powered machines spinning and weaver's production, knitted machines.
The Technological questions are considered complex, including proceses,
mechanical procesing, termal procesing, asembly and technical checking.
