    . Working with MS Office shell programs, creating presentations and multimedia 
    applications, working with graphic editors, computer hardware and software, using 
    computer networks and Internet technologies, information protection methods and 
    algorithmization and programming are introduced [2]. 
    On the basis of these, the knowledge, skills and qualifications of students in the field of 
    information technologies, as well as the formation and development of their competencies, 
    are being achieved. Algorithms and programming play an important role in the 
    development of the thinking ability of students in the field of information technology, but in 
    some cases, insufficient attention is paid to its capabilities. Pupils have sufficient 
    knowledge in the field of information technologies, use the capabilities of practical 
    software products to carry out full-fledged professional activities in the future, for example, 
    the ability to create additional codes (scripts) for managing objects in this software 
    environment. formation and development is important [1]. Modern programming 
    languages play an important role in performing such tasks. Therefore, today it requires 
    new approaches to increase the effectiveness of teaching programming languages, i.e. 
    improving the teaching model of programming languages such as Scratch, Delphi, C++, 
    Borland C++ Builder, Python, Java in the continuous education system. For this, it is 
    necessary to analyze the work of scientists in the field. 
    Analysis of the literature. 
    Researches on the theory and practice of teaching 
    programming languages in the continuous education system of our country, the 
    methodology of developing students' creative ability and cognitive thinking about 
    programming were researched by N.N. Zaripov, M.R. Fayziyeva, N.A. Otakhanov. 
    Although Delphi, Borland C++ Builder, and Java programming language teaching 
    methods were promoted in the research of these scientists, their research is not enough for 
    today's developing field. Because today, modern programming languages are improving, 
    and new algorithmic programming languages (such as Scratch, Python) are entering the 
    continuous education system. Therefore, today's researches in the field of programming in

    the continuous education system and related scientific resources cannot be said to be 
    sufficient. 
    At the same time, research aimed at the theory and practice of teaching algorithms and 
    programming in general secondary schools in the Commonwealth of Independent States, 
    the formation of students' logical and algorithmic thinking about algorithms and 
    programming, and the methodology of forming their competencies T.N. Lebedeva, I.N. 
    Slinkina, It was studied by such scientists as I.V.Gavrilova, A.I.Gazeykina, Y.N.Nilova, 
    I.N.Slinkina, M.N.Misina, D.G.Zhemchuzhnikov. 
    Also, research works on the methodology of teaching programming languages in higher 
    education institutions, development of thinking and competence of students regarding 
    algorithms and programming, V.V. Kalitina, L.A. Kugel,. Researched by scientists such as 
    V.V. Kalitina, Y.A. Kukushkina, A.YE. Kazakova, O.P. Yurkovets, I.V. Bajenova. 
    Similar studies by scientists of foreign countries, that is, the methodology of teaching 
    programming languages in general secondary schools, vocational colleges and higher 
    education institutions, forming the thinking of students about algorithmic problems and 
    programming and competence development issues were conducted by scientists such as 
    Divna Krpan, Mara Saeli, Monika Mladenović, A. Vee. 
    In the researches mentioned above, i.e. in our country, the Commonwealth of 
    Independent States and foreign countries, researches were carried out on the methodology 
    of using distance learning systems, educational technologies and game technologies in 
    teaching programming by students in educational institutions. has been done, but there has 
    been no special monographic research on improving the methodology of teaching 
    programming languages on the basis of ensuring systematicity and consistency in the 
    continuous education system. Therefore, the ongoing research, i.e. improvement of the 
    teaching methodology of programming technologies in the continuing education system, is 
    one of the urgent problems today.
