Shunday qilib, boshqaruv kompetentsiyasini shakllantirish va rivojlantirish bo‘yicha
tadqiqotlar tahlili shuni ko‘rsatdiki, maktab direktorining boshqaruv kompetensiyasi hozirgi
vaqtda muammolarni ijodiy hal qilish qobiliyati va boshqaruv va axborot qobiliyatlarining
mavjudligini o‘z ichiga oladi. Axborot-kommunikatsiya kompetentsiyasida ijodkorlikning
namoyon bo‘lishi maktab direktorining boshqaruv malakasining yuqori darajada rivojlanishini
tavsiflaydi.

METHODOLOGY OF TEACHING DYNAMICS DEPARTMENT OF PHYSICS IN
SCHOOLS SPECIALIZED IN TECHNICAL DIRECTION

Introduction. It serves to comprehensively teach each subject specified in the state
educational standards, to deepen students' knowledge, to develop their skills and abilities. The task
is to "fully provide the institutions of continuing education with advanced pedagogical
technologies." The application of new pedagogical technologies and interactive methods of
education in the practice of educational institutions has become a topical issue of today.
Technological approach to the educational process - in order to facilitate the acquisition of
knowledge by students, first, the division of educational material (information) into interrelated
parts, sections (learning elements), and then the learning activities (actions, actions) performed to
achieve the intended result of education requires sequential, step-by-step, consistent
implementation, and projected work, all of the activities performed simultaneously[1-3]. This is
one of the laws of pedagogical science, which must be followed in order to apply educational
technology. The development of technology in any society, from everyday life to the management
of highly automated production processes, cannot take place without the laws of physics. From
this point of view, it is important to pay special attention to both the theoretical teaching of physics
and its application in practice. Since the laws of physics are the most widely used in practice, it is
time to pay special attention to the experimental work in teaching it [4,6,7].
Research methods. The main purpose of teaching physics in technical schools is to bring up
young people who are able to work independently and creatively in the conditions of innovative
development, continue their educational activities, deepen and develop their knowledge, skills and
abilities. On this basis, the tasks of teaching physics are to cultivate in students many qualities,
such as patriotism, respect for universal values, understanding of the scientific and cultural
heritage of Central Asian thinkers and the contribution of Uzbek scientists to the development of
physics. In-depth study of physics, the development of students' interests and abilities, as well as
