This research focuses on exploring the
application of business technology in
management and its impact on the efficiency
and effectiveness of business operations in a
conventional bank in Sukabumi, Indonesia.
By examining a real-world case study, this
research aims to shed light on the practical
implications of technological innovation in
the banking industry. The main objective of
this study is to analyze the use of
technological innovation and its impact on
various aspects of business operations at a
conventional bank in Sukabumi.
