A significant position is also held by the report (Green Economy Plan) in Molly
Scott-Catoʻs scientific book "Green economics" (Green Economics), which outlines
the conditions that led to the development of ideas about the "green" economy from
Aristotle to the present. According to Scott-Katov, there are four ways that the
economy can take environmental concerns into consideration: ecological economics,
which connects ecology and economics, eco-socialism, which seeks to achieve
justice in the material world without endangering the environment, and
ecofeminism, which combines the objectives of ecology and women

. Though
growing wealth via excessive utilization of natural resources affects the
environment, she believes that economic expansion is the primary purpose of a
market system. Furthermore, a rise in the economy lowers social communication
amongst individuals, raises stress levels, causes mental disease, social inequality,
and a decline in life quality. Thus, "green" growth through the economic application
of new technologies, the utilization of renewable resources, waste minimization, and
the prudent use of natural resources must be taken into consideration.
At the vanguard of sustainable development lies the green economy.
Rethinking the nature of economic ties, society, and the environment is the book's
main premise.
The following findings may be made when the intellectual underpinnings of
the green economy notion have been examined and analyzed:
1) The idea of a "green" economy emerged in reaction to the persistently
detrimental alterations in the environment;
2) Concerns about social welfare are linked to the idea of a "green" economy;
3) The government, public institutions, and international cooperation must take
a proactive stance in order to facilitate the shift to a "green" economy;
4) The development of a "green" economy depends critically on the
introduction of technical breakthroughs along with a decrease in the use of non-
renewable natural resources and an increase in the use of renewable natural
resources;
